Fish School "Experience Dried Laver Making"
Inside Kobe's sea you can find plenty of seaweed, just ready to be gathered. During the event, you will have a unique chance to try out drying by yourself a freshly cut seaweed and drying it into a famous Japanese \"nori\", used for sushi, onigiri, soups, etc. Dried seaweed you can take later with you to home (during the event we will be using a freshly cut seaweed. In case of a lack of the possibility of getting the fresh seaweed due to the bad weather etc., we will change the drying into a salty version).
