UCC, Japan's biggest coffee company, offers unique insights into the beverage at the only dedicated coffee museum in Japan. The exhibition space is where visitors can get the lowdown on the origin, cultivation, distribution, processing and culture of coffee with the help of video and panel displays, and look back at another age of coffee history by viewing old-fashioned UCC corporate commercials. Other highlights include a tasting section with rotating monthly themes, and the popular hands-on experience areas, e.g. roasting (by reservation, 1000 yen), where you can take home your own finished beans. Take on the computer quiz after visiting the hall and get a certificate issued by Dr. Coffee for your trouble. There's also a \"coffee road\" featuring worldwide blends, a museum shop offering unique souvenirs, and a range of events promoting the enjoyment of coffee, only available at this coffee museum!
