There is always a long queue in front of \"Roushouki\" for the famous pork bun in Nankinmachi. It has been in business since 1915, when it first opened as a place for Chinese sailors to hang out and relax having their home food. \"Butaman\" ( pork buns ) were created by the founder of the shop and for local Kobe people it is known as \" Kobe's pork bun shop.\"
