Area：Nankin-machi (China Town)
There is always a long queue in front of "Roushouki" for the famous pork bun in Nankinmachi. It has been in business since 1915, when it first opened as a place for Chinese sailors to hang out and relax having their home food. "Butaman" ( pork buns ) were created by the founder of the shop and for local Kobe people it is known as " Kobe's pork bun shop."
